As a Mobile Consultant assigned to the development team at Cengage, I was responsible for helping port this Research Paper Writing tool from an existing native XCdoe app to one written using Xamarin and C#. I reported to senior developers, but my primary role was 1-to-1 translation of all NIBs (over 70 total) from wireframes given to us by the UX Manager, and adding basic functionality to them.

I have written apps using C#.NET, Lua, Actionscript, and HTML5/Javascript. My tools of choice are Corona SDK, Xamarin Studio, Intel XDK, Flash, and I make it my personal mission to at least try out every new mobile technology and SDK that comes out. I'm from a different camp that believes limiting yourself to one mobile SDK or coding language is a huge mistake, because in the end B2B apps and B2C apps serve different purposes. You should use whatever is in your clients' best interests.
